Literacy Units
The Repository includes 10 literacy units created for grades 3, 4, and 5. The units include various downloadable ready to use materials such as literacy planning grids, worksheets, flashcards, and handouts. In addition, each unit includes materials illustrating the planning process and its implementation, such as the teachers’ and students’ commentaries, videotaped short lesson segments demonstrating various phases of literacy teaching, and some examples of student work.
